Order Processing and Production:
- Personalized Items: Due to the handcrafted nature of our personalized clutches, please allow 15 business days for production after your order is confirmed. This timeframe does not include shipping time.
Shipping:
- Domestic Shipping: We offer various domestic shipping options with estimated delivery times displayed at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
- International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on your location. We will provide estimated delivery times at checkout, but please be aware that customs processing can add additional time.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen method and order weight. These costs will be reflected at checkout.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Order Changes: Due to the personalized nature of our products, changes to orders can only be accommodated if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted after this timeframe as your personalized clutch will likely already be in production.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Personalized Items: Due to their unique nature, personalized clutches are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
