At My Play Clutch, we take pride in creating personalized clutches that are uniquely yours. Due to the custom nature of these handcrafted items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for personalized clutches.
We understand this may be different from other retailers, but because each clutch is designed specifically for you with your chosen personalization details, it cannot be restocked or resold.
What this means for you:
- Once your order for a personalized clutch is confirmed, it goes into production. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds after this point.
- We highly recommend double-checking your personalization details (lettering, name, etc.) before placing your order to ensure you receive exactly what you envisioned.
Our Commitment to Quality:
While we cannot offer refunds for personalized items, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the quality of your clutch upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure you have a positive experience with My Play Clutch.
For Non-Personalized Items:
We are happy to offer a full refund for non-personalized clutches within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any non-personalized items.
