Production Time:

Please remember that My Play Clutch specializes in personalized clutches, lovingly crafted just for you! Due to this, there is a 15 business day production window after your order is confirmed. This timeframe does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time:

Once your personalized clutch is complete, we offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options to get your new statement piece to you as quickly as possible. You'll see estimated delivery times displayed at checkout for each option you choose. However, please keep in mind that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

For international orders, customs processing can add additional time to your delivery window. We'll provide the best estimate we can at checkout, but we recommend allowing extra buffer time if your clutch is for a specific event.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your clutch ships, you'll receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!
